Finmind brings UZSE market data, your brokerage account, portfolio, trading, courses and an AI assistant together. See what is free and how to start.
Finmind is a financial platform built around the Uzbek market. It brings together data from the Tashkent Stock Exchange (UZSE), your own brokerage account, a portfolio view, an order ticket, a practice simulator, investing courses and an AI assistant. This article explains what Finmind is, who it is for, which parts are free and how to get started in a few minutes.
What Finmind does
Many investors in Uzbekistan who hold UZSE shares or bonds keep an account at a broker and use the online trading terminal fondbozori.uz to see their balance and place orders. Market information, company disclosures and learning material live on other sites. Finmind puts these pieces side by side.
In practice, Finmind lets you:
- look up every share listed on UZSE and every listed bond, with public pages you can open without a Finmind account
- connect your fondbozori.uz brokerage account and sync its cash and holdings into a portfolio view
- place buy and sell orders through that connected account from an order ticket
- practise with virtual money in a simulator that uses real market prices
- learn with structured courses, a money rules cheatsheet and an AI assistant that answers questions in plain words
Beyond this core, the platform has further modules, for example a tax page that shows a capital-gains view over your brokerage statement, personal accounting, market analytics and automated trading tools. Some of these are paid, as explained below.
Who Finmind is for
Finmind is written for people who invest, or want to start investing, in Uzbek securities.
- Beginners can learn the basics in the courses, try buying and selling in the simulator without risking money, and ask the assistant what a term means.
- Active investors with a fondbozori.uz account can see their live cash and holdings, a reconciled history of their trades, and place orders without switching between sites.
- Banks, insurers and funds have a separate overview of the market data at /institutions.
You do not need to be an expert. Every learning tool starts from zero, and the simulator is not connected to any exchange or broker.
What you can see without a Finmind account
Some Finmind pages are public, so you can explore before you register:
- /stocks lists every share traded on UZSE, and each share has its own page at /stocks/ followed by the ticker.
- /uzse-bonds lists the bonds listed on UZSE, with a page per bond by its ISIN.
- /security explains how to report a security issue to the Finmind team.
These pages are a good way to get a feel for the data before you decide to create a Finmind account.
What is free when you sign up
Creating a Finmind account costs nothing. Once you are signed in, the following are included for every user, with nothing to buy:
- Tutorials and courses: four courses from beginner to expert, with lessons, key terms and a quiz in each lesson. See our guide to the free learning tools.
- Money rules: a cheatsheet of 30 rules of thumb, each with a worked example.
- The AI assistant: answers about terms, instruments, strategies and the platform, plus read-only answers such as a share's valuation or the current order book.
- Brokerage connection and sync: connect a fondbozori.uz account and keep its cash and holdings up to date. The guide how to connect your brokerage account walks through it.
- Portfolio: the live brokerage account view, the reconciled ledger and statement import.
- The simulator: 100M UZS of virtual money at real prices.
- Manual trading: the order ticket, your order history and cancelling an order through your connected brokerage account.
- The order book: the market-wide page that shows, for every UZSE security with resting orders, the best bid and ask and the total quantity on each side.
The practical side of these free tools is covered step by step in free portfolio, simulator and trading on Finmind.
What is paid
Automation stays paid. That covers stop-loss and take-profit orders, algo trading and the autopilot, copy trading, and the AI Trading Lab. A native stop order on the trade ticket counts as a stop-loss, so it also needs the Stop-loss feature.
Other modules are unlocked one by one. On the Features & pricing page you add what you need to a cart, pay in Telegram or with the on-platform QR code, and access opens once an administrator approves the payment. Prices are shown on that page for each feature and billing period. Free features are marked "Included for every user. Nothing to buy." and cannot be added to the cart.
How to start
- Open /register and fill in the form: email and password, plus your full name if you want to. The password needs at least 8 characters and cannot be only digits. Where the page offers it, you can sign up with Google or Telegram instead.
- Press Create account. A short setup follows, and connecting Telegram is optional.
- Open Tutorials and start the beginner course, or ask the AI Assistant a question such as "what is a bond".
- Try a few trades in the Simulator to see how buying and selling works.
- When you are ready, open Brokerage and connect your fondbozori.uz account, then check your holdings on the Portfolio page.

No. You can read the public /stocks and /uzse-bonds pages without any Finmind account, and after you register you can take the courses, use the AI assistant and practise in the simulator without connecting a broker. Yes. The simulator gives you 100M UZS of virtual money, fills your trades at real market prices and is not connected to any exchange or broker, so nothing you do there touches real money. You can reset it and start again at any time.
