About Finmind
Finmind reads Uzbekistan's official market, banking and macro sources into one engine. This page says how it is built, who it serves, what it holds and who builds it.
A split market, read from one place
Uzbek market data is spread across separate platforms with no shared key, which makes an informed decision slow to reach and hard to defend.
Today
- Data sits apart on fondbozori.uz, uzse.uz, uzex.uz and CBU releases, with no shared key between them.
- Access is hard for ordinary investors and awkward even for institutions.
- Decisions run slow because there is no single source of truth to check against.
- Metrics are not comparable across markets, banks and instruments.
With Finmind
- Capital markets, valuations and peer comparison in one workspace.
- Commodities and FX, covering gold, metals and CBU against commercial-bank rates.
- Macro indicators: GDP, inflation, CPI, unemployment and the policy rate.
- A knowledge hub, statistical forecasts and personalised advisory guidance.

The data engine
Built on a time-series store, not a spreadsheet
Market data is time-series data, so it lives in PostgreSQL with TimescaleDB rather than in flat tables. Money stays exact decimal end to end, never a float.
- Registered integrations live
- 11 of 26
- the platform's own integrations registry
- Timescale hypertables
- 4
- the warehouse schema
- Price chunk, compressed after 90
- 30 days
- the warehouse schema
- Ratios per company, stored as rows
- 300+
- the schema notes on the ratio store
- Money precision, decimal never float
- 38,2
- the warehouse schema
Measured on Sep 26, 2026 against the platform's own schema and registry; the basis for each figure is printed beneath it. No benchmark we have not run appears on this page.
Official feeds, on a schedule you can audit
Every row is a scheduled job that runs today. Writes are idempotent upserts, so a repeated run or a market holiday is a no-op rather than a duplicate.
| Feed | Source | Cadence |
|---|---|---|
| Official FX, policy rate, sovereign yield curve | cbu.uz | Daily, unauthenticated XLSX and JSON |
| Commodity trade register and exchange quotes | uzex.uz | Daily register, weekly quote batch |
| Commercial bank FX spreads | dollar-kurs.uz | Hourly |
| Equity OHLCV and same-day close | openinfo.uz | Hourly in session, settled close at 18:00 |
| Brokerage cash and holdings | fondbozori.uz | Every five minutes, read only |
Institutions evaluating the engine on its own have a dedicated surface: Finmind for institutions.
Security
What we hold, and what we will not claim
Two of the three below describe code that ships today. The third describes something that is finished and still not live, which is the version of it worth printing.
- Broker credentials are encrypted at rest
- Encrypted with Fernet under a key held only in the server environment. Without the key nothing is stored or read, and credentials never appear in an API response, a log or an error.
- Sign-in flows are bound to the browser that began them
- Each sign-in carries a single-use state that expires in ten minutes, plus a second secret only the starting browser holds, so a stolen callback link cannot finish it.
- OneID is implemented and waiting on the operator
- The id.egov.uz client is built and switched off. OneID registration needs a contract and has no sandbox, so no real sign-in has run yet, and our registry marks it blocked until one does.
